FreightAmigo will not accept damaged, defective, or recalled lithium batteries
FreightAmigo will not accept electronic power supply devices (known as Power banks)
Electronic products must be shipped individually. Please kindly arrange separated shipments from other cargos to avoid any delays in customs clearance
A maximum of 2 batteries products can be shipped in each shipment
The equipment must be packed with a strong, rigid outer packaging

Net battery weight should less than 5 kg
The battery capacity of each product should not exceed 100Wh

Simple Booking Steps For Sending Parcels

STEP 1

At the “Instant Quote” page, enter the origin & destination and select “Parcel”. Enter other cargo information and then click “Search”.

STEP 2

Based on the cargo information you entered, quote options and required transit time of different international courier service providers will be listed. You can compare different shipment and view the cheapest price.

After selecting a desired quotation, you can click “Book” to place an order. If you wish to send urgent items, you can choose “Fastest” in the sorting option.

STEP 3

Fill in relevant shipping information, i.e. pick up date and time, and then select the payment method for online booking.

STEP 4

Enter product type (e.g., Laptop) in "Cargo Description" and corresponding IMP Code (e.g., Lithium-ion batteries II of PI967) in "Item List Description".

STEP 5

Use strong, rigid materials for outer packaging
Print out the UN3481 label with shipper’s contact number stated
Stick on the outer packaging of the parcel
