FreightAmigo provides two types of Relocation Services, details are as follows:

Air Freight : charged by weight (gross weight), takes approximately 7 to 9 days. It is suitable for customers who have a small amount of goods and less than 1 cubic meter.

Sea Freight : charged by cubic meter, takes approximately 40 to 60 days. It is suitable for customers who have a large amount of goods and more than 1 cubic meter.

Customizing Your Relocation Plan

Customers can choose their preferred overseas moving plan and place an order by paying a 5% deposit. They will then enjoy a 30-day price guarantee. If the customer completes the delivery within 30 days and the total amount and volume of goods remain the same, the quoted amount will be the final price, and no additional fees will be charged. The cost includes 14-day local storage service and up to HKD 1 million of cargo transportation protection.

Delivery and Collection Service:

After paying the deposit, FreightAmigo will immediately arrange for box delivery service, which can be delivered to the customer's address on the same day.

The two box sizes are as follows:

Large box: 61 x 41 x 41 cm - max 22kg

Small box: 43 x 39 x 39 cm - max 15kg

*You can also prepare your own boxes, as long as they are clean and sturdy.

FreightAmigo recommends that you pack your belongings in advance and make an appointment for box collection 2-3 days in advance. A specialist will also prepare a tax list for you to fill out the items to be shipped.

Customs Clearance Services:

You will need to provide your passport, visa, and other documents so that a specialist can follow up on customs clearance. Before box collection, you will need to pay the 1st stage payment - 30% and provide a packing list. If you collect the boxes on a weekday, you will receive a photo of the completed check-in board the next day. You will need to pay the remaining balance within 3 days, and a specialist will arrange for shipping.
