FreightAmigo provides free double pitted cartons and packing materials for customers to book delivery once you have packed your home, with same day service available at the earliest. Once you have selected a relocation plan, a deposit of 5% of the total bill of lading is required and our relocation specialist will then arrange for your carton to be delivered as follows :

*For remote areas (e.g. outlying islands, Mui Wo, etc.), additional charges may apply, depending on the actual volume of goods to be delivered; SF delivery service will be arranged on the same day.

Walking Stairs Delivery
FreightAmigo offers a free delivery service to bungalows and lift-accessible residential addresses. If your items need to be carried through staircase, and you will be responsible for the additional charges incurred.
Delivery staircase charges as follows :
For every 20 cartons charging per floor
(1 floor of stairs for every 12 steps of stairs, less than 12 steps of stairs also count as 1 floor)
No stair fee for stairs under 5 stairs
FreightAmigo offers one free delivery and collection of cartons, if you require additional collection and delivery of cartons, an additional delivery fee will be charged to the customer per delivery. You can also request for additional cartons for spare ustage and simply return any unused boxes to us.
