Under the black rainstorm warning / typhoon signal No. 8 or above
All pickup & delivery services will be suspended.
If severe weather warning is cancelled before 1:30 pm
Pickup & delivery service will resume within two hours.
If the severe weather warning is cancelled after 1:30 pm
All pickup & delivery service will be automatically postponed to the next working day.
For any postpone of pickup / delivery schedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange the service for you.
